it’s a common issue caused by an accidental screen rotation (usually from a keyboard shortcut). Here’s how to fix it:

---

🖥️ Method 1: Use Keyboard Shortcut

Try pressing this key combination:

Ctrl + Alt + ↑ (Up Arrow)

This should immediately rotate the screen back to normal.

Other rotation shortcuts (in case you need them):

Ctrl + Alt + ↓ → Upside down (180°)

Ctrl + Alt + ← → Rotate left (90°)

Ctrl + Alt + → → Rotate right (270°)

> ⚠️ Note: If these shortcuts don’t work, your graphics driver may have hotkeys disabled — proceed to Method 2.

---

⚙️ Method 2: Change Display Orientation in Windows Settings

1. Right-click on the desktop.

2. Choose Display settings.

3. Scroll down to Display orientation.

4. Select Landscape from the dropdown.

5. Click Apply, then confirm when prompted.

---

💡 Method 3: Use Graphics Control Panel (Intel HD Graphics)

If your laptop uses Intel graphics:

1. Right-click on the desktop.

2. Select Intel Graphics Settings or Graphics Properties.

3. Go to Display.

4. Find the Rotation option and choose 0° (Normal) or Landscape.

5. Apply the changes.

---

🔁 Optional: Disable Rotation Hotkeys (to prevent future issues)

If the rotation keys were pressed accidentally:

1. Open Intel Graphics Settings.

2. Go to Options and Support → Hotkey Manager.

3. Uncheck Enable Hotkeys or disable just the rotation shortcuts.
