The procedure to replace is not too difficult. Why do you think you need to replace it?
To help see what's needed review the iFixit M3 MacBook Air: The Tiniest Change Makes All The Difference Teardown video you only need to pop the bottom cover off and disconnect the battery to then unplug the Trackpad cable, no need to take the battery out, jumping to the 10 screws holding the Trackpad. Mind the spacers! Where they were and some maybe different thickness's. Dropping the Trackpad out. And lastly here's the needed part MacBook Air 13" (2024) Trackpad
