a screw chart for iPhone 6s ,

have taken apart an iPhone 6s kept screws on magnetic board and cat has jumped and scattered them all over bench,

Not so much a screw chart, but if you don't get a better answer, in the ifixit iPhone 6s repair guide, the screw sizes are mentioned in the various procedures.

For example in the Battery replacement guide in Step.1 it says to "Remove the two 3.4 mm P2 Pentalobe screws on the bottom edge of the iPhone, on either side of the Lightning connector.".

You may need to have Vernier caliper or micrometer though to make sure that you're using the correct screw as some are very close to being the same size but not quite e.g. in the Battery replacement guide at Step.15 there are two screws holding the battery connector bracket. One is 2.9mm and the other is 2.2mm. So you may have to measure the depth of the screw hole as well
