I have a problem with my delonghi coffee machine. the water pump is constantly running with the water going to overflow tray. As soon as I plug the machine to power socket the water pump starts running (even if machine is turned off). What can be the solution please?

@victor17222 Which model ist it? ETAM ???? I think its an issue with the motherboard, perhaps it must be replaced.

It is Etam cappuccino Eletta, so pcb board then?
@victor17222 Look at the type plate: it should look something like this ETAM 29.666 or ETAM 36.366. There are essentially two different circuit boards, but you need to know the exact part number, printed on a sticker. Both cost around €65. Or try to have it repaired; there is a special workshop.
