@florinpopp16782 This could be an issue with the ceramic valve. I think there is a blockage anywhere, but I might be wrong. Siemens EQ series Water in the drip tray - not coffee. Check in particular the over pressure valve right on the pump, the flowmeter, the ceramic valve and the heater. Much work, I fear...

Hello I am back, It is posible to dont have a ceramic valve mechanism inside? I mean the entire mechanism.
@florinpopp16782 You mean using the device without the ceramic valve? I think that makes no sense. The motherboard waits for feedback from the switches in the valve and will not work without it.
I found a link explaining the service menu:
"Off" and "Steam " when switching on - > Factory Reset
Drawer outside, "Start" and "Steam" when switching on -> Demomode
First set the selector switch to "Rinse", then "Off" and "Start" when switching on-> Service menu
By turning the switch select: component test, sensor test, statistics, production test, error log, log files
"Off" activates,
"Steam" go back
So select the component test to check the ceramic valve, the pump and so on
