Why does my turbo not work when I turn on the ac. I've been getting a p0299pd code and erase the code and turbo works again. I've changed all the sensors, except mass air. .replaced wastegate. I've adjusted the wastegate. Checked and have not vacuum leaks. New air filter and have good oil pressure.

Have you checked that there's no leaks from the intake manifold check valve?
