Hinge too stif or loose.

My laptop hinge has some problem and due to that the plastic frame covering the hinge is bumped out when ever I open my laptop.
The LED pannel also seems to be a bit tiled.
I need a guide to open the laptop and fix the disalignment of hinges and other problem with the hinge.

i have the same laptop . i want to inform you that ,,, you cant fix it manually. as the plastic inside the hinge is broken.. you have to replace whole lcd panek. just like my hp service staff did. ( in my case my lap was in warranty so it costed me 0 rs)
