Why is my screen touch not working

Randomly my phone's touch screen doesn't work, and it works after I reboot it. That's clearly not practical. Is this a common issue, a manufacturing flaw. Yesterday I had to reboot 3 times, please help

@reshannilesh sine this happens intermittently it is possible that this is a bad display assembly or a bad touch screen IC (most likely). It is also possible that this is caused by a bad App that was installed on your phone. Start off by placing your phone in safe mode and see if that stops the touchscreen freezing. If so, then you know that this is caused by a bad App. You would have to delete those.

  • Press and hold: the Power button to bring up the power menu.
  • Tap and hold: the "Power off" option until it changes to "Safe mode".
  • Tap on the "Safe mode" prompt to confirm.
  • Your phone will now restart in Safe Mode, which you can be verified by the "Safe mode" text at the bottom of the screen.
