Band pin knob broken off

“The spring-bar pin that connects my watch band to the watch case slipped out of its knob, so now the band and watch are stuck together and can’t be separated.” Any ideas?

try putting the band in the fridge i think the knob will contract and shrink then maybe it will fall back to its original place.
