TV is completely dead.
It has no indication and in its power supply I have only 3.5V and nothing else.
TV Philips 42PFL3403D/12 with PSU DPS-279BP What links do I need to make to function fully after I have left it from the main body of television to have a complete indication of the voltage measurements it has to give.

@nikolaosdy98081 you have not told us (or shown us Adding images to an existing question ) where you've measured the 3.5V. That could be the standby voltage. That would meant that the issue might actually be related to the main board instead of the power board. It is the mainboard that tells the power board to turn on the rest of the circuits. You would need to check the PSON voltage on CN6 since that is what turns your power supply on.
@nikolaosdy98081 I am not familiar with your power board but I commonly use a 1K resistor to apply as a jumper between a 5V line and the PS_ON connection or depending on the power supply using a 1k resistor between PS_On and ground. This will only work if your power supplies DC-DC circuits are still working. Since your TV's power LED blinked 6 times you know it is a 5V/12V DC-DC error. See if this helps you out further Delta Dps 279bp and just did a search on the Philips Q528.2E LA which uses this power supply and this Philips Chassis Q528 2e La should help with the fault finding. Check around page 33 of the manual

All components, capacitors, diodes, resistors, FET as components have been checked.
PSU has been replaced with another new one and everything works perfect.
CONCLUSION, the problem is not on the main board but on the power supply.
The TV is completely dead, it has 3.3V (CN6 PIN-1) and no other voltage on board. Blinks 6 times the Power LED and repeats this.
FET on Gate Pin do not get pulse because swiching controls IC do not work.
My question is simple:
Please if anyone knows in what pins I can put jumpers so that I can work the Philips 42PFL3403D/12 AS A Stand Alone Mode out of the TV for full operation of PSU.

Thanks for the ideas but for me was something else.
The problem for me was the optocouper PC601 Of PSU DPS-279BP
(Philips TV 42PFL3403D).
Every thing works fine.

Those power supplies are heavy difficult to repair, examine it for a blown capacitors or burnt out other parts. If everything looks fine, you have to take the schematics and check everything, it's often a PWM ic, FET or inverter IC or circuits failure.

The problem for me was the optocouper PC601 Of PSU DPS-279BP
(Philips TV 42PFL3403D).
Every thing works fine.
