Battery drain after replacement original

Hello guys. I have a big problem with my batterry. I was replacement in the service center wirh original one, i make calibration how its tutorial here on ifixit , and its verry fast drain. I check battery status and show me to change it , its not good . Some times overheating and i need to turn off the phonr to charging .What to do?

I need to mention i formatted the phone to factory settings everything and still the same.
