Hello,
It has been half a year since the release and still there is no guide available for this.
That's weird, I thought the only purpose and business of ifixit was exactly doing this, and there is still no effort put into this.
Is there any plan for it? I am really looking forward to see it, and decide if I am getting a Mac Studio M4 for that reason... or not.

Surprisingly there is very little difference between the '22, '23 and '25 models! The full repair iFixit breakdown is located here Mac Studio (2023)
Apple now offers their repair manuals for the newer M Series systems here's the 2025 Mac Studio Repair Manual
Apple caved! They offer the official repair manuals! For all of the M Series systems. IFixit Still does teardowns and focused articles on Apple gear.
Be kind! iFixit is not that large a company, when a major company takes on the burden then the iFixit staff can focus on others which are smaller and press on the ones that should!
