Very old machine taken out of storage after multiple years of use, water tank has cracked wich I have sealed with super glue and tape. Seems to have either to much limescale in pump or air bubble, can’t suck up any water, I’ve tried to blow on the water dispensary mechanism with a straw with no success wondering what else I can try

I've had success several times by taking the pump out of the machine (or leave it in and only disconnect pump outlet hose from the downstream component, in Lattissima's case this would be the solenoid valve).
Put pump inlet (hose) into a container of water, or use regular hose connection to the water tank
Then suck (with your mouth) from the outlet side (hose) of the pump. Water will finally move into the pump, enabling it to function again.
