My DeLonghi ecam 35075 start a cycle when I turn it on it runs water through the spouts. Starts heating the water for a couple of minutes. It then goes to general alarm, and I can’t do anything. I’ve cleaned everything inside and out no change. Any suggestions?

"General Alarm" means everything and nothing... In this case I suppose a broken thermosensor or the heater itself. Use the testmode and proof the function. We have a wiki with solutions, unfortunatally it is not translated yet in english. Read this wiki using e.g. google translate.

Found the link on the German site, but it seems to be broken from there as well. “Too many redirects “ error
