Could find anything on your exact year model, but here's a video that in general shows what to do.
Presumably you've checked that 10A fuse #40 (I think) in the engine bay fuse box is OK?
If the pump is faulty, search online for 90585762. This is the part number for the pump used in Zafira models 2011-2018. It may be listed on the pump itself, if you wish to verify.
