USB ports not working

I haven’t used my computer in a long time but I recently tried to use the usb port to charge my camera and none of the ports are working I’ve tried new cables and cleaned it for any dust/debris. When I did the diagnosis no problems with usb pop up.

Did you try resetting the SMC or NV-RAM (PRAM) I would give that a try How to reset the SMC, PRAM and NVRAM on a Mac Laptop
