Hi!
First of all, open it up and check if you can can find anything inside there that is loose or seems off.
You can follow this guide for that: Nacon Asymmetric Wireless PS4 Controller Teardown
Check the ribbon cable in step 5. Is this one still ok?
When you charge it, do you still see the charge light?
If yes, you most likely want to replace the input board...
