apple pencil tip broken

accidentally broke my apple pencil tip in half and there is a piece stuck in there how can i take it off

The tip is screwed in (at least in the one I have). As it's a soft material Vs its fitting you should be able to use a left wound drill bit to grab the remaining tip to unscrew it out. Just like a screw you want the turning of the drill to turn in the direction to come out.
A left hand drill bit held in a jewelers vise is what you need and a bit that's smaller in diameter of the fitting to slowly ease it out.
