You can reset the password using the following steps:

Accessing the BIOS and Resetting the Password:

  1. Enter the BIOS: Turn on or restart the computer and press F2 repeatedly during the Dell logo screen to enter the System Setup (BIOS).
  2. Navigate to Security: In the BIOS settings, locate the "Security" section.
  3. Reset the Password: If a password is set, you might be able to reset it by deleting the existing password or by using a recovery option, if available. If you have a password reset disk of diskless option, you can use it to clear the BIOS password.  Password resets on some Dell models might require your Dell computer's serial number.
  4. Save Changes: If you've made any changes, be sure to save them before exiting the BIOS.

The default administrator account username for Dell computers is usually "Admin" or "dellsupport" according to Dell.

If all else fails, you might need to perform a factory reset, which will erase your data and restore the computer to its original settings.

If you need the data from the machine, you can read all of the drive's files by plugging it into another PC via SATA or a powered USB to SATA adapter.

Hope this helps you out!
