Repair broken off joystick pads

Got a Xbox One controller that i replaced the joystick on a couple years back using a cheap $10 soldering iron. It started getting stick drift recently so i removed the joystick with my pinecil and a few of the pads came off. Is there any salvaging this board?

Hi!

Yeah, those solder pads are gone.

You can repair it, but then you need to do same trace fixing! This can be quiet difficult.

There are a lot of video's about this, example: How To Repair Damaged / Broken PCB Traces - 2 Great Methods

It's not easy, but you can try to get it back to work! Otherwise you do need to replace that board, way easier but more expensive!
