Hi @souvikroy

Go to Device Manager → Bluetooth → right click on the Intel wireless Bluetooth entry → Properties → Power management and uncheck the box that states " Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" → OK.

Close all open windows and then restart the laptop in the normal manner and check if the problem has been resolved after restoring the laptop from hibernation.

If there's no Power Management option in the Bluetooth entry in Device Manager, stay in Device Manager and go to Human Interface Devices → right click on Bluetooth Low Energy GATT compliant HID device → Properties → Power Management and uncheck the box etc. Do the same for Human Interface Devices → right click on Bluetooth XINPUT compatible input device → Properties → Power Management and uncheck the box etc.

To get to Device Manager in Win10/Win11 press the Win key + x key (both together) and click on the Device Manager link in the menu box that opens.
