1 Headphones randomly turn off
The headphones would turn off at random times. Sometimes, all you have to do is press the button to turn them on. Other times, you have to press the right earcup against something and then turn them on. That's also how they turn on when charging.
Tried:
Factory reset.
Disabling different features in the app.
Dry it with a hair dryer.

Same issue. Keep turning off when the headphone slightly moved or placed down. It wont auto reconnect like usual, completely turned off. I have to reconnect every slight movement.
Have tried on different devices, turned off the auto turn-off, cleaned the the headphones in case dirt blocking the detection, emptied battery and recharged, still the same. I have never drop the headphone, it's like brand new physically. What I have noticed is there upgraded the firmware recently if that's related.
