Device turn off automatically after 15 seconds

I charge it more than 20 hours but it still appear red light on headphone.

A lot of time i turned on and connected to bluetooth with my phone but every single time it turned off automatically after 15 seconds.

When I connected to any device through aux cable it works but i can not use it on battery.

It is brand new just opened the box and that is it.

Answer this question I have this problem too

If under warranty, email or call for tech support. If not, can you return it for replacement or refund?
