Check coolant level first, then Id start by applying power and ground to the fan directly. If it runs, then you know the command is either not being recieved or not being sent, but that the fan is fine. If fan is good, id start by looking at fuse and relays that control cooling fan circuit

What is the engine size in the vehicle - 2.2L or 3.0L?
Have you checked if the 30A fuse #39 in the engine bay fuse box is OK?
Have you checked that the coolant level in the engine is OK?
