When i run games and apps from my HDD it disappears

Could be faulty connector (either the HDD, the cable, or motherboard connector), bad motherboard, or the HDD itself is damaged
if you have a spare HDD / SATA SSD, copy all data from the damaged HDD onto it, and try install it and check if it works
