Laptop not getting charged

Not changing the laptop when the battery is connected but if the battery is disconnected or removed the power is supplied and laptop it get on but the battery is not getting charged

I believe there are two possible reasons for this issue: one related to hardware and the other to the battery or charger. If you've already verified that the battery, charger, and drivers are all functioning properly, then the issue is in charging circuit on the motherboard.
