Screens on your phone appear to be fairly easy to replace, as far as cell phone screen replacements go. While I wasn't able to locate any iFixit-style step by step instructions, I did locate a video that shows you what you need to do to install a new screen.

Motorola one power Display change - YouTube

One thing the video doesn't address is that when removing the screen, it will help if you heat up the edges of the display with a hair dryer first. That will soften the adhesive and make your job easier. I'd also suggest using 90% or higher concentration isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol to clean off the old adhesive before placing the precut adhesive sheet. Finally, be sure to fully test the screen before sealing it to ensure everything is working correctly, and only then should you go ahead and install it. A little heat afterwards and placing some books on top will help seal it as well as possible against future water ingress.

As you work, take lots of pictures and once you're done you can use those to create your own iFixit guide to that repair for those who come after you with the same problem. It's easy, fun and will earn the appreciation of the repair community.
