My audio device has disappeared.
I have run the troubleshooting, and the response was, the troubleshooting steps could not fix the problem.
Please advise

@cosmo61904 we will need to know your laptops exact model number as well as what OS you are using. At this time, I would remove all the audio drivers and then see if your OS can find the audio devices or install the newest drivers for your Laptops audio manually.
