Likely out of refrigerant gas because of a leak OR at the rear the condenser matrix or fan is choked up with dust/fur

What is the make and model number of your refrigerator?
Can you hear if the compressor motor is running?
If the refrigerator has a freezer compartment and a refrigerator compartment is the freezer cold but not the refrigerator or are both not cold?
