LUMA 3ds turn on, no boot

ESL, please simple words

I have 3ds from 2012 with Luma. It booted once luma, but since only turns on. The backlight is working, and sometimes hear the birdsongs, but does not begin. I have attemped safe mode, but no action.

It has a replaced battery, but battery was replaced many years ago. is it time to pay funeral!? I miss my children

"only turns on". Just to check, does it get to the HOME menu, or stop at backlight + black screens?

The music sings somedays. But I never see more than the back light

@oshiromikka Are you able to access luma config? If so, tell us the version number and the yellow text on the bottom screen. (If it's easier to upload a picture, that works too)
