Infotainment scree not working

Hello all, require some guidance please.

i have a 2017 Sorento, 3.3 V6, base model.

The infotainment screen keep rebooting.

What i have done so far;

  • Hold the reset button for 30 or more seconds a few times.
  • Removed the battery connection ( + ) for about 30 seconds.

but both items did not fix the issue.

So I would recommend removing the infotainment unit and checking connections going into it. Also, wh3n doing a global reset, or disconnecting the battery, id recommend doing it for 30 minutes to really give the capacitors time to discharge and reset. How long do you have between reboots? Do you have enough time to go in and do a factory reset?
