My side brush keeps coming off.
Side brush keeps falling off
Is this a good question?
Well, if you haven't done anything to figure it out, then you should take it to a technician.
Otherwise, inspect the mechanism to determine how it is suppose to be held on and fix that.
Maybe a screw came loose.
Maybe the hooking mechanism has expanded or worn out.
I have never looked at one, so I can't tell you.

mine does too; often due to a cord that I didn't pull out of the way enough. (In general I'm not confident the side brush does very much to begin with) It's happening more often now and I'm guessing that the flange-ie thing that it snaps on to has probably gotten worn out from popping off so often. My only solution is to buy more brushes for when I can't find the brush. Currently Shark is out of stock.

I ended up putting a drop of crazy glue on mine. It has not come off since. It should be easy enough to get the brush off by putting a screwdriver under it and twisting it.
