2 greens lines appeared after update and it won't go...is there anything other than replacing screen...I tried developer options and settings diable this that video from YouTube but it won't go

I see a lot of other people that have had this issue before as well. I would try to take it to a OnePlus-approved service center and let them investigate the issue physically or to contact OnePlus support directly to see if they have a solution. As long as there is no visible damage to the phone, they should replace it.
