It keeps showing me no operating system found and I tried reinstalling windows it didn't work I tried bypassing it and it didn't with I changed cmos battery didn't do anything. And I simply just frustrated with it.

@jah2708 do you still see your HDD/SSD in the BIOS. It is possible that this is a drive issue since it does not let you reinstall the operating system. Let us know what exact model your Lenovo is so we can do a more in depth troubleshooting.
