Car are keys not working

I have a 2014 Suzuki Swift with two keys, but neither locks nor unlocks the car.

I've checked and replaced the batteries in both keys and attempted to re-pair them using multiple sequences. However, the central locking works fine from inside the car using the buttons and I've also checked all the fuses, which are okay.

What could be the issue?

Hi @johndoe47035

It could be a faulty keyless entry receiver module or a loose cable harness connection to the module.

Here's a link that shows what the module looks like and where it is located.

If the keys worked previously, the likely issue is the car's receiver. Unfortunately I don't know where this is located on the Swift.
