How to update the radio
My radio every time I turn on the car asks me for an update and the screen is frozen does not let me give any button. How can I update it.

Try pressing and holding the radio's Power button operated for either 3 seconds or 7 seconds (depends on type of system your car has got) and check if a reset option appears.
Be aware that if it does work that you will lose all the settings that you entered etc, it will revert back to a factory default condition.
