GE GYE22GYNIFS Fridge was making ice and water before the filter change now it's not. There is water to the filter though and it's making noises like it's trying. Any suggestions

Just verifying that you inserted the replacement filter correctly.
Here's a video where it shows that there may be two ways to install the filter depending on what colour the filter connection is of the filter housing in the refrigerator.
