@mphomohomotshe you will have to do a factory reset. Now, with that you are going to lose all your files (SMS, Music, Pictures, Contacts etc.) that have not been backed up. Of course, you will need to know the email and the password for the account that was used when this phone was originally setup. Forgetting passwords is just not a good thing and I am amazed by how many people say that just forgot.
Since I am certain you can't recall your password do an online search for FRP Bypass and check those steps out.
