Can you give us the make and model of the system. Also what is your RAM and storage and sizes, and lastly what is your OS.

Est-ce que tu pourrais nous donner plus d'indications pour t'aider (sans t'énerver comme dans ton autre poste).

Il faudrait que tu nous donnes :

- Le modèle de t-on appareil. ⏎

- ce que tu as déjà testé

-Comment le problème se passe

- Etc.…
