Have you tried another compatible, known working, same network SIM in the phone to see if it worked OK?
Have you tried resetting the network settings and checked if that resolved the problem?
Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?

Ponsel saya tidak ada jaringan internet,tapi kadang ada.
kalau pakai wifi bisa
