phone is stuck in safe mode

@bubbz71 you are really not telling us why it does not do the factory reset. It will be helpful to know what you have already tried. Try to turn off safe mode on Android by

1. Hold down the power key and the volume down (also try volume UP) key to trigger the power options menu.
2. Tap Restart then tap it again. Safe mode should turn off automatically.

If that does not work then you may also have to consider an issue with your Volume Down button. Let us know what you find out.
