Turning on my laptop

I keep getting media text failure anytime I turn on of my laptop after I've turned it off for a while. When it happen, I have to try returning it for several time before if boots-on, and sometimes, I have to set it down for hours before I can boot it on again. Why is this happening?

Sounds like a storage device issues.

Try running ePSA diagnostics and focus on checking storage.
