Bluetooth lost range after battery replacement

I just changed out my battery using a kit I bought here at iFixit. It was a bit of a struggle but I got it done. However, now when I connect it to my Bluetooth speaker it starts breaking up if it moves more than like a foot away. I think the wifi is affected too but it's hard to tell (my wifi isn't great normally). I'm a little worried I might have broken something. Should I go back in and replace the antenna or are there other troubleshooting things I should do first before I open the phone again?

Note: I have performed several hard resets but the problem seems to come back in different ways. I think it is a problem with the range of the antenna.

You’ve bumped off or damaged the WiFi and Bluetooth antenna, which is that s shaped cable right above the battery.

I opened it up again and that is exactly what happened. It got caught under the battery and snapped when I was putting the battery in. Always look twice before shoving something in everyone!
