No signal for the mobile data
only wifi works i'cant use the mobile data theres no signal appearing

Check if your SIM card was inserted into your device properly. Try flipping your SIM card. If this is not the problem, maybe your cell service provider is currently down. As always, try restarting your phone or possibly hard resetting it (but you'd lose all your files and photos).
