Primary functions of the Blink video doorbell are motion detection alerts, recording, connection to other devices such as an Alexa, and the generic features of any old doorbell.

Either direct from manufacturer, parts distributor, ebay for new or used parts in working or non working condition (presuming info on what's broken), and possibly electronic parts specializing in electronic doorbell parts.
