My phone not turning on
My phone was charging and after charging approximately 24% percent then it turn off and won't turn on

Try doing a hard reset with the charger plugged into the device. You can do this by holding power button + Volume down press the keys down for about 15 seconds and after that try pressing the power button

when charged it does not show it is charging
