Here's the owner manual for the table saw that may help.

Go to p.24 to view the procedure to install the drive belt and belt guard.

I know how to install the belt. I would like a step-by-step way on how to adjust it. When I raise the blade all the way up, the motor is twisting, V-belt is rubbing. Thanks

The only adjustment is described on p.24 when installing it.

Check the Mounting the motor procedure on p.23 to make sure that the motor is secure
