lenovo Invalid product serial

recently i changed the mother board of my lenovo legion 5 under the warranty , but then the fn+Q do not work and when i opne the lenovo vantage app it says that is an invalid

After replacing your Lenovo Legion 5 motherboard, the Fn + Q shortcut and Lenovo Vantage may not work because:

  1. Missing or incorrect system info (serial number or model) in BIOS – service center must reprogram it.
  2. Missing drivers or firmware – install:
    • Lenovo System Interface Foundation
    • ACPI Power Management Driver
    • BIOS/EC update
  3. Lenovo Vantage needs reinstalling – uninstall, reboot, and reinstall from Microsoft Store.

👉 Go back to the service center and ask them to check if the serial number and model are properly set in BIOS. Lenovo Vantage won't work without that.
