Hi! Before I can write an answer, I need some more info!

First, what model is it? CUH-1200 or CUH-1000, or maybe the CUH-1100?

Second, did you tried to eject the disk in the software? (options click on a game and press "Eject disc"). Does this work?

And at last, Does it make any sound when you try to eject a disk? If not, then it could be the contacts. If yes, it could be the rollers.
