How do you know that? There are a lot of fake messages that will tell you that.
If it is for real, the best thing to do is a factory reset. Of course, that will delete all your stuff. Hopefully, you have a backup. Creating one now may propagate the malware to the backup.
If the phone has been jail broken, then you have a different problem and likely need to reflash it.
